We onboard new clients weekly and the process for getting started typically takes 2-3 weeks. Our on-boarding process includes the following:
- Intro call to better understand your current challenges. The calls take 15-30 minutes usually and can be booked at any time. If you're not able to find a time that works for you, you can complete this questionnaire and we can start the process of preparing a solution and getting you scheduled for an Exploratory call. High-level pricing is usually shared during this call.
- Next is an Exploratory call with our founder and your Project Owner. This call takes 30-60 minutes and will cover the recommended solution for the challenge presented. If you're interested in moving forward, we will provide you with a proposal within 2 business days of your Exploratory call.
- Once you receive your Proposal, it will remain active for 30 days. You may review, request revisions, etc. When you're ready, you will accept the proposal.
- After your Proposal is accepted, we will request specific information to create your Contract. Your contract will be ready within 2 business days of the accepted proposal (provided all details requested information has been received).
- Once the contract is received, we will provide you with the Invoice to begin your services. After your invoice is paid, we will book your first call to begin working together.
