Most clients move into a managed services engagement with us. We understand that sometimes even 2 hours per week is too much for what you may need at the moment.
If you're in need of support, our ability to help is limited to our capacity at the time. If we're able to repair your issue for you, we will do so gladly. However, our time is primarily dedicated to clients who have proactively retained our services.
We're not able to offer emergent services at the moment, but if you can allow a day or two to resolve your issue, tell us about it here, and we will reply back as quickly as possible to let you know if we can take it on.
