Zendesk How To's and Guidance

While we don't specifically provide how-two guidance, we can get Zendesk optimized or set up for you to scale. Zendesk provides tons of resources for training Administrators and users. 

We provide workflows that will show you how your Zendesk works. You can use this when you need to reach out to Zendesk for Support (unless you're working through us). The idea will be to ensure you know the what's and why's of your configuration.

We do, however, maintain and manage Zendesk for our clients who have completed a Zendesk Implementation or Zendesk Optimization with us.
