How Engagements work

Our projects are identified as services or programs.

A service is when we work together for less than 8 hours per week (as identified by your pre-book commitment). Pre-booked projects are available in 2 or 4 hour increments of dedicated time per week. Services are ideal for clients how are budget conscious, are not in a hurry or have resources in house to help move things along.

• Guidance Service is 2 hours per week, and 2 (one hour) meetings per month.
• Partnership Service is 4 hours per week and 4 (one hour) meetings per month.

A program is in place when we work together for 8 or more hours per week (as identified in your proposal). Programs are ideal for clients who have specific deadlines in place, who are not as concerned about budget.

• Execution Program is 8 hours per week at minimum. The total hours we will spend on your project as a company will be detailed in your contract. 

On the rare occasion we may offer a flat rate project. This project is not time based and is tied specifically to targeted outcomes and deliverables.
