Partnership engagements are best for businesses without enough boots on the ground, who could use a hand from a dedicated partner.
Let's say you need to close down your Contact Center (or transfer your contacts offshore). If you opt in for a Guidance engagement, we will share with your our tried and true plans for execution. Your in house team would take ownership of implementing our plans. We would meet weekly for progress updates and changes that are applicable to your environment. Between meetings, you may email as many questions or concerns to your Consultant to keep your project moving.
When you step up to Partnership, not only do we provide the plan, but we help to implement the plan, right along side you. This will include partnering with vendors and internal business partners to help you move things along. We will continue to be available as much as needed by email and during weekly calls. You can also expect an additional 8 hours of support specifically for your business need.
Should you go into our Execution level engagement, this is technically Staff Augmentation where you'll tell us who your key players are and we actually complete the project on your behalf. This engagement requires the least amount of involvement from you.
