CX Actually is designed for those of us who are responsible for setting up, running and leading Customer Experience for businesses.


We are CX people who are honest about the challenges of being CX people. We have lots of people to please and many more to appease. Sometimes it helps to know you’re not alone. More than anything, it helps to have someone to bounce ideas off of, who are unbiased and can help you see things from different perspectives. CX Actually is more about the people than it is about the company, so we mostly hold sessions outside of the regular work day. This is your own time to invest in yourself.


If you want to make your direct manager aware of your progress and commitment to expanding your skill set, we can provide them with progress updates as a result of our coaching sessions (trust us, you WILL look good). We can also take their feedback on areas they’d like to see you excel and share how we’re moving in that direction.
