Basic Admin (Option #1)

We’ll hold monthly schedule maintenance calls to talk through any configuration issues or changes required, including: ticket routing, notifications, macro responses, agent groups and user organization management, collaboration with other teams / functional groups to ensure cross functional alignment.

Advanced Admin (Option #2)

Basic Plan, plus:

  • Address all support requests and work with Zendesk on your behalf until issue is resolved.

    • Continuous improvement of your Zendesk Suite; Support, Guide, Talk and chat.

    • Feature management.

    • Drafted communication for you to share with your users

All maintenance packages are priced for the year and automatically include 12 pre-scheduled meetings (one each month).
