We do not teach Zendesk for Administrators in the traditional sense. The reason is there are SO many options for setting up Zendesk and the "right" way to do it is ultimately a personal choice.


However, we do offer guides on the best set up for companies we work with most commonly. 

There are two options:

  1. Our Zendesk Best Practices Guide: $39 downloadable document that walks you through Zendesk and gives you a templated setup we've used to help clients work twice as many tickets and resolve tickets in half the time.
  2. The second option is a Zendesk Playbook which brings the downloadable document to life. We walk you through a complete set up. At the end, you'll be able to start using Zendesk. The process will take half a day or so.
